Elevated Equities
[our history]
Elevated Equities LLC was created as the origination arm of our family office based out of Breckenridge, Colorado which focuses on only commercial real estate lending and some equity investment. The company evolved out of our 19-year-old residential and commercial mortgage company, The Mortgage Pointe, which still does residential business.
As a direct lender we tap our internal funds then have expanded our capability by tapping our family connections and friends to fund some of the loans we originate and underwrite.
